PARTICIPATION COST

Symposium participants from Japan and Hungary do not pay the registration fee.

The participation fee
for other participants is:

350 PLN (until December 31, 2026)
450 PLN (until May 15, 2027)
500 PLN on-site registration fee

NOTE: The amount of fees is determined by the date of payment, not the date of registration.

The banquet is not financed from the funds of innovative companies associated with INFARMA. The banquet is not financed from funds from member companies of the POLMED Chamber and SOWE Partners.

AS PART OF THE SYMPOSIUM FEE, WE PROVIDE:

1. participation in congress sessions
2. folder with congress materials
3. admission to the medical exhibition
4. coffee breaks
5. certificate of participation
6. lunch break
7. Participants from Japan and Hungary are entitled to complimentary participation in the banquet and the organized tour, both of which will take place on Friday.

Booked services may be cancelled without charge until December 31, 2026.
After this date, a handling fee of 50% of the congress fee will be charged. The difference will be paid after the Conference.
